Where will my dog sleep while he stays with the Dogwatcher?

The dogs sleep as a pack in a large room where there is heating, ventilation, access to water and individual beds.

What if my dog is taken ill during his/her stay?

In the day time I will contact you immediately and take your dog to our nearest veterinary clinic.
After hours I will contact you immediately and take your dog to the nearest 24hour veterinary clinic.

How long can my dog stay with the Dogwatcher?

From one day, a weekend, to two weeks or every day, the Dogwatcher can cater for all your canine accommodation needs.

Will my dog be exercised?

Yes, twice per day the Dogwatcher visits local public parks for at least 1 hour per visit for off lead exercise. This can include retrieving, searching, ‘fantasy flyer’ chasing and supervised dog play.

Who will feed my dog?

All customers are asked to provide their dog’s regular diet for the duration of his/her stay however if this is not possible the Dogwatcher can provide appropriate food at a fee of £1/day.

My dog needs regular medication, does that mean he won’t be able to stay with the Dogwatcher?

Not at all, individual needs are met wherever possible and can be discussed prior to a stay to ensure the dog’s health is catered for.

Will my dog be safe?

A stay with the Dogwatcher means supervision at all times during the day and night time. A secure back garden that is couched on either side by adjoining private properties with 6ft fencing means they are safe from intruders and have no exits to roam.

Will my dog have human company?

The pack have free run of the downstairs areas of the house and full access to the garden. This means they are around me most of the time and during the evenings and are free to sit where they are comfortable although this freedom does not include the furniture!
