Services - Dog Boarding

The Dogwatcher provides high standards of canine care when your dog comes to stay.

Daytime is spent at the Hampshire site, affectionately known as Violet Acres and provides a private and safe place for a pack walk, supervised play and other doggie activities.  Designed specifically with dogs in mind, Violet Acres is securely fenced and gives your dog the chance to exercise, play and have fun with other dogs in the Dogwatcher's pack.  Giving your dog the exercise it needs is essential, and will be guaranteed with the Dogwatcher.

While your dog is with me he or she will be treated as if she were one of my own and given the same quality of care I would give my dogs. Guests benefit from a canine orientated and homely environment as a healthy alternative to standard kennels that can often be very noisy and sometimes distressing to a dog. Fresh water is readily available and food bowls and beds are provided. Our house is dog friendly and has 6ft fencing on external areas. 

I ask clients to supply their own dog food because I believe it is important for a dog to have consistency for its digestive system (to avoid any allergic reactions etc) and for a feeling of stability when in an unfamiliar environment. If however food is required, it can be provided at the owner’s request for a small charge.

The Dogwatcher operates a collection and delivery service for your dog – FREE OF CHARGE. The vehicle is a professionally modified canine van that is secure and fully ventilated with anti slip matting.  

Collection times in the morning are between 9.00 AM and 10.00 AM and return times in the afternoon is between 4.00 PM and 5.00 PM. 

If you are  unable to be present when your dog needs collecting from or returning to your home I can offer a keyholding service to ensure your day is not disrupted.
